Kits and samples from the factory load using an ultra-clear color-coding system. The two versions bounced, then switched the phase of one and they both canceled out. One time, only using audio files that were recorded on audio tracks (what an inconvenience to set them, especially when you have to alter the groove ) ) and then with MIDI.
I use an intel MacBook Pro with Big Sur btw.I ran a test where the entire drum pattern was made twice with exactly the same samples. After this the kits appeared in the list again, BUT when I enter the preferences for Battery I still see the folder-icon for these 4 kits indicating that something is still wrong (haven't dared to click on them again because I fear that will trigger the kits disappearing again). I tried to re-scan the disc but without luck, then I reinstalled all the mentioned expansions in Native Access.
So I went into the preferences for Battery and noticed that 4 libraries had the same errors as Paul Leslie was mentioning, for me it was Decoded Forms, Deep Matter, Indigo Dust and London Grit. First everything worked perfectly, then all of the sudden, without any noticeable reason almost all the kits except the factory presets disappeared from the list in Battery. I had a similar experience but I didn't get it after upgrading Komplete (I just bought it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and have never had any other Native Instruments software installed before, the only thing I have done is to move the libraries to a different location which seems to be okay in Native Access).
